Circles are deeply ingrained in Pappelina’s DNA and a fundamental element of the design. After almost 25 years as a designer, circles are that one pattern Pappelina’s founder Lina Rickardsson keeps coming back to. The Pappelina Otto Runner Rug is a true testament to that!
This rug features vibrant, colorful, large round circles. It has a dual expression, with one side featuring a vanilla background adorned with the circles, and the other side showcasing large colored fields. This unique feature provides versatility, allowing you to change the ambiance of a space with a simple flip of the rug.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and made in Dalarna, Sweden.
Made of Swedish manufactured, certified phthalate free PVC ribbon, woven on traditional looms using wooden shuttles. Double folded hemmed edges with sewn on rubber label. Very practical and easy-to-care-for, hand or machine wash at low temperature 30°C/85F, no spin.
Measurements may vary ±4% due to the weaving process. Thickness 10 mm/0.4”.
Material 92% PVC and 8% polyester varp.

The build quality feels solid—PVC material seems durable and easy to clean, perfect for high-traffic areas. At 70x140cm, it fits perfectly in my space. While it’s not the cheapest option, the reversible design and Swedish craftsmanship make it worth the investment. Just be mindful of the ±4% size variation when planning your layout.
